Berlin Born Axlr8te, formally known as Junkuhn., started collecting records as a young kid. Music is the source that drives him.
He spent many years abroad in both London and Slovakia expanding his knowledge and learning from the best. In Slovakia he also co-created and managed the highly respected Soniclab nightclub.
Returning to Berlin in late 2009 wasn’t easy on him. Home holds a lot of memories. His sets are filled with emotion, not simply techno beats – he sees his sets as a whole. The purpose being, to slowly take you deeper into dance, to draw you onto the dance floor with the rhythm but to hold you with emotion.
The full spectrum is expressed in a fully meditative state that he accesses through DJ’ing, he pulls you into… and you find yourself dancing hours later.
